I’m not sure I see the need to have your name twice. I think I see what you’re aiming at by stacking different type elements, but if you’re going to make the viewer do some work (in this case peering closely to make out what that line above your name says) there should be some sort of reward involved. What about using your email address or devArt URL instead?

also the point of the double name is because the larger one cuts up the N and D a little bit.

Honestly, I don’t think you need it. The shape of the cap “N” is obvious enough, and most if not all native English speakers will be able to guess that the last letter is a lower case “d” rather than, say, an “o”. I suspect that a good many non-native speakers would get that as well.
